« The first 2024 public debate will happen this february with the education theme in the arena”

The Young Working Ladies organization is again present as the Lubumbashi French Institute partner for this new year where the agreement is on hosting and realizing debates on different sectors talking about issues and opportunities related to our society.

 The first debate will be on education hosting two renowned professors as panelists: Professor Dr. Fyama as well as Professor Pungu who are running departments and academic institutions in the city. Their experience will speak much in order to bring a clearer idea on how to make the Congolese education system more competitive.

 Some questions to ask ourselves are whether the education system corresponds to the needs of the community or hiring companies ? Are the actual students able to face the present and future challenges in the employment sector ? Do students need to be competent or just acquire knowledge? Are we ready as the Artificial Intelligence is ticking high and shifting our model of learning and sharing knowledge?

 This will be a very important moment where the local community is invited to convey in order to make it the most successful.
